what is mindset training

Mindset training is a specific forms of training which creates "tools of the mind" in athletes. These "tools" can be learned and constantly improved.

Examples include:

• Building strong values

• Strategies to create more self-belief & confidence

• Growing resilience through overcoming challenges

We develop these "tools" through a combination of online and physical training sessions, giving young athletes the base of knowledge & the actionable strategies needed to form a stronger mindset.

Developing and constantly improving this allows young athletes to better express their physical skills and succeed on the pitch.

It also gives them set of transferable skills to help them thrive in all other areas of life.
